1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order is dispatched.

• Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

• Send a cancellation request via email to sales@gloryshop.in or call +91 82477 61416 with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

• If payment was made online and the order is canceled successfully, the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
